The objective of this Project is to assist in the protection of our natural resources through the scaling up of forest and landscape restoration, enabling inclusive landscape governance and equipping the next generation of forest leaders.
This project is mostly related to technology research and development.
To encourage scientific research and related scientific activities (e.g. data collection, integration, monitoring, and communication, including communication via conferences and symposia) and dissemination of scientific knowledge in the areas of: (a) Fisheries and Aquaculture Science; (b) Ecosystem Science; (c) Oceanography and Modelling; and (d) Freshwater Science.

The purpose of this project is to define the conceptual framework for a digital control system for forestry operations.
Boreal Avian Modelling: Modelling species-habitat relations and population distributions to support conservation and restoration planning for forest birds in Eastern Canada
The objective of this agreement is to optimize methodologies and automate the analysis of data acquired by airborne LiDAR and hyperspectral technologies and their application to rapid tree health assessment.
Verify and document the limits to the application of the analytic solutions proposed to eliminate the bias that can be attributed to the acquisition angle and point density between two datasets and to integrate the analytic solutions of the LiDAR package for R to facilitate the unbiased comparison of point clouds acquired at different moments in the same forest area.
The objective is to establish plots for real-time monitoring of flow and forest dynamics (growth, mortality, transpiration, carbon flux, leaf phenology, regeneration, etc.) in maple groves used for maple syrup production.
