This project expands ZayZoon’s innovative Earned Wage Access product to Canada, enabling employees access to their earned wages prior to traditional payday cycles to enhance their financial wellness. The project’s key objectives include forming strategic partnerships with leading service providers, driving widespread user adoption and tailoring the product to the Canadian technical and regulatory setting. The learnings will also form the beginnings of an "international playbook" for expansion into other markets.
ZayZoon will develop PRIME, a predictive risk engine that uses machine learning on employer and employee data to forecast delinquency and automate advance-limit decisions. The project will design, prototype, and deploy a production-grade model that reduces loss rates while preserving employee access to earned wage advances.

With ZayZoon's new Recognition and Rewards, employers can give Shout-Outs to employees and send them gift cards within the ZayZoon app.
