Source: award of contract (AOC) records for India from the Central Public Procurement Portal (eprocure.gov.in) and the state e-procurement portals run on the NIC GePNIC system, as scraped and published by fireboy21 in the dataset tenders_aoc on Hugging Face under CC BY 4.0; awards from January 2021 to 30 September 2026, accessed 15 October 2026. Awards are matched to their buyer and supplier as published. Values in these notices often state a framework ceiling rather than a contract amount, so awards are counted, not summed.
