Amendments are collapsed to one contract per award. Joint ventures are excluded from the company total and reported separately. Each table names its source and the rule that produced it.

01Your position
- Every federal contract in your name: count, value, first and last award.
- Revenue by year, and the commodity codes it sits in.
- Departments that bought from you, ranked by value, with the year each one stopped or started.
02Concentration
- Share of your revenue since 2024 carried by each department, and the single buyer you depend on most.
03The expiry calendar
- Every contract in your codes that ends between the coming September and the following June, by department, with count and value.
- Your own contracts inside that window, with contract numbers and end dates.
04Money that passed you by
- Departments that buy in your codes and have never bought from you: names, count, value.
- Contracts in your codes awarded on a single bid that was not yours.
- Solicitations in your codes to which no supplier responded, and their value.
05Who is taking the work
- Suppliers that grew in your codes over the last two years, with before and after values.
- Suppliers that entered your codes since 2024 with no prior federal history.
06How the market is being bought
- Contracts signed after work began, and the lag.
- Advance contract award notices, where the supplier was named before the notice.
- Contracts closed under an exclusive rights reason.
- Clusters of contracts just under the competitive thresholds.
- Contracts that grew after signing, and by how much.
- The weekly rate at which money moves through your codes, and the share of the year signed in February and March.

- Every award notice in your codes published after the date of our first letter to you, with buyer, supplier, amount and the tendering reason recorded.
